Can you hear me now?

I have been trying to take care of some business at the children’s home for over 2 weeks.  The cell phone signal problems that I have mentioned previously have jumped up again to create problems.

Remember the commercial where the cell phone caller asked, “Can you hear me now?”  For the children’s home the answer is, “No”.

In about 2 ½ weeks, I have gotten through 3 times for less than 3 minutes by phone.  We have gotten through by chat 4 times but the signal died when fewer than 10 messages were sent.

Trying to take care of business, exchange emails, help with lessons are all problems that we have not been able to deal with properly at this time.

On the bright side, I have been able to send several text messages with most of them going through.   Sadly, I never know if they have gotten through or if so, which ones made it.

Eventually, the service will have to be improved but until then, we will struggle by.   I am still wanting to get an external antenna amplifier for the children’s home.  It will be a big help in bringing in a weak signal.
