The children’s home is located within the jurisdiction of the town of Leon B. Postigo. The town has around 26,000 people located within the Barangays, or what we would more likely call townships in the USA.
It was organized and renamed in 1982 out of existing areas that were reorganized.
It prides itself on being the fishing capital of the region.
This will be told in pictures since we are told that a picture is worth a thousand words.
