We are not alone

This past weekend has reinforced how there are others, separated by miles but supporting each other.

I had an email telling of a child in need in the northern part of the Philippines and asking for prayer.   I shared that with our supporters and they were happy to pray for this need.

I got an email Sunday evening my time, telling that she was out of the hospital but still sick and needing prayer.   We will continue to pray for her recovery.

Sometimes we feel as if we are dealing with a problem all alone and then we find out that there are others who support and are willing to help pray and encourage each other.

When the need was shared about Lilang a couple months back when she was in the hospital with internal bleeding, and then Ervalyn this weekend, people from all over world prayed for this need.

So no, we are not alone, others stand with us in our times of need.   We always have God with us at all times, and He hears our prayers.  As the old quotation goes, “God answers every prayer, that is so.  Sometimes for our good, the answer is NO.”
